Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle is written by professional bodybuilder of eighteen years, Tom Venuto, his credentials for such a guide are staggering.
Take into consideration his BSc degree in exercise science, his certification as a conditioning specialist, personal trainer, his membership in the International Society for Sports Nutrition, The American College of Sports Medicine.. it goes on and on. He’s even placed second in the Mr. Natural North America contest.
Ok, so he knows his stuff. You can tell that by the photos on his webpage. But how well does he communicate that to the reader? After reviewing his extensive background in physical fitness, we expected to be in for an intimidating read. Our expectations were way off the mark. Tom relates all he knows about weight loss in a very concise and easy to read manner.
Among other things, he goes into detail regarding the best and worst foods for weight loss, how to zone in on your optimal calorie level, energy boosting techniques, the psychology of weight loss, and how to get the hardest ten pounds off – the last ten pounds.
Of course this only scratches the surface of what he offers. A ton of bonus material thrown on top (most of which had some good value to it) and an eight week guarantee makes this guide a very compelling purchase for someone looking to lose weight!

Fat Loss 4 Idiots is one of the top rated programs for losing weight right now. Given all they offer, it was easy to rate this program. And that’s just what it is – a program.
What we liked best about Fat Loss 4 Idiots was the amount of different angles they take at losing weight. It really is an all encompassing weight loss program. The first part of the program teaches you how to make better decisions in order to lose weight and keep it off. Most of these have to do with altering your diet – but it’s not what you’re thinking.
There are some novel ideas in here, with a fair amount of science to back them up. It covers such topics as how/what to eat at restaurants, how to enjoy alcohol while losing weight, when the best times are to eat, and how often to eat. Of course, there is much more, but that should give you an idea.
The most exciting part of this program describes their unique system of eating called “calorie shifting.” Briefly, this is a way to rotate all the foods that are most conducive to burning fat (they’re not what you might think) through your diet so that your body never establishes a pattern within your diet. We’ve found it to be very powerful stuff.
The second part of this program is their On-Line Diet Generator. This is a unique tool that allows you to input all your favorite foods, then generates a specific, eleven day diet that is optimized for weight loss. This tool is what pushes Fat Loss 4 Idiots over the top. You may not be an idiot, but after using this tool, we can see why they named their program “Fat Loss 4 Idiots.” It doesn’t get much easier than this.
Add to to all that they offer a 60 day money back guarantee, and it’s hard to go wrong here. Fat Loss 4 Idiots is rivaled in actual content by some other guides we researched, but it’s hands down the easiest guide to follow.

Top Secret Fat Loss Secret author “Dr.” Suzanne Gudakunst claims to have a lock on the one absolute cause of excessive weight gain. Moreover, it attempts to scare you into buying the product with the idea that people are dropping dead from this mysterious cause of obesity. And guess what? She’s got a silver bullet for you and the one reason you’re overweight. It’s because of nasty little creatures and filthy plaque cluttering up your intestines. Give us a break.
This guide is really one of the worst we found at providing a clear and accurate path to losing weight. It is filled with scare tactics and downright wrong information about weight loss and health in general. So why are we including this product in our reviews? For two reasons, really. For some reason, it’s selling pretty well at this point. Maybe it’s the aggressive and scary selling points they use on their website- for whatever reason, people are buying into this horrible product. Additionally, we felt obligated to alert you of how much of a waste this product would be of your money. We got our money back after purchasing. The eight week guarantee they carry with their product is the only bright point here.
Perhaps the most disturbing aspect of this guide we found was the lack of credentials behind it’s author. She claims to be a doctor, but we contacted the New York & Arizona boards, and they were unable to verify her as a licensed physician. The American Medical Association can’t verify her either. To top that, in our research, we found that she’s also promoting a product called “Top Secret Car Secret.” I don’t think we need to say any more.
